Position: Outreach Coordinator. Part Time
This position is responsible for working with the CEO to manage the alternative social media brands of Bold Holdings, LLC.
Support the work of the CEO to research, provide information for, and identify new opportunities to obtain ongoing and increased support from corporations, public and private organizations, etc. using digital means.
Duties and Tasks include:
Post on 5 Social Media Accounts
Coordinate with Writers and CEO
Outreach and Networking: Attend and provide leadership to community service organization meetings and gatherings, digitally
Familiar with peer to peer technology
Write “Thank you” notes to writers and influencers
Work collaboratively with CEO
Assist CEO as needed.
Oversee outreach and PR
Other duties as assigned.
B.A. /B.S. preferred with an emphasis or concentration in business, marketing, public relations or related field.
1-2 years of professional development
Proficient in technology and social media
Moderate to Advanced PC skills
Desire to work as part of a team, and willingness to promote the vision and mission of Bold Magazine
Proven project manager with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects on time.
Ability to work with minimal supervision – self-motivated & confident. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well with people from all backgrounds with varying degrees of experience.
