Workville NYC is looking for a qualified intern to join our high-potential Customer Service Team. Workville NYC is a premier co-working space with focus on networking, team-building and high energy.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, be excited to come to work, have the polish and demeanor of a true professional, and have attention to detail. Experience with startups is preferred, but not a must. Candidate should at least understand that things will change every day here at Workville. Be prepared to have fun!

Prepare presentations for key executives

Enter contact information into contact management systems

Provide support to social media efforts

Company is looking for an undergraduate student in the Greater NYC area with an interest in entrepreneurship to run front desk operations among other assignments in customer service, business development, marketing, and project management. In addition to their role in the front desk, this enterprising undergraduate will work with our leadership team to develop their own project to improve our business.

Working our front desk is one of the most important jobs at Workville. You are our front face, our “First Impression Director” and the connection between customers and our executive team! This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web, technology, and social media. Above all, our ideal candidate must know how to “roll up their sleeves” and get the job done. No task is too small or too detailed. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
